Special Rice for Paella

This round grain rice is specially used in paellas. It does not have the absorption capacity of the Bomba rice but it still gives an excellent result.

Directions for Use: Cook it with paella stock.

Ingredients: Short, round-grain paella rice. Extra quality.

Paella rice: There are many different types of rice on the market but for a good paella the best results are only possible when using short round grain rice. The Paella rice we recommend has great absorption but does not overcook.
