It is extracted from the Nora pepper and is a variety of “Capsicum annuum” or pepper.
Originally from America, historically they were long and hot but due to the environmental conditions of the southeast Spanish where it is grown (Murcia and Alicante) and the cultivation techniques, its shape got rounder and its taste lost the spicy character to become sweet.
Strong and penetrating aroma, high tinting strength, fat and tasty.
