This extra virgin olive oil is made only with Arbequina olives from the Siurana area (PDO), harvested according to the traditional way during the months of November, December and January, which guarantees obtaining a selection of the best olives, in optimal conditions, the result is a superior quality oil perfect for seasoning all kinds of dishes. The palate is sweet and has a fresh almond note.
