Juviles ham – Jamon Juviles

Juviles hams are made in the town of Juviles handmade and natural, in the center of the Alpujarra, over 1,250 m. altitude in the natural park of Sierra Nevada, from a high quality white pig, salted but nitrifying or preservatives, only sea salt, complying with the rules of the regulatory board.
