Arroz bomba – La Fallera
This paella rice has great absorption qualities, allowing the flavours of the stock to penetrate it, giving the resulting dish its characteristic taste and at the same time producing a perfectly cooked grain.
Directions for Use: Cook it with paella stock.

Paella rice: There are many different types of rice on the market but for a good paella the best results are only possible when using short round grain rice. The Paella rice we recommend has great absorption but does not overcook.
